On 31 May 2016, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006) concerning the DPRK, upon request by the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations in New York, decided that the correspondent account prohibition set out in paragraph 35 of Security Council resolution 2270 (2016), shall not apply to the following accounts as specified in the table below.

On 15 March 2017, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 (2006) concerning the DPRK, upon request by the Permanent Mission of Bulgaria to the United Nations in New York, decided that the banking accounts prohibition set out in paragraph 31 of Security Council resolution 2321 (2016), shall not apply to the following account as specified in the table below.
